Add Read-Only NTFS Support #38

I use my HDD for more than GC/Wii Games, and I don't want to be partitioning it 
- can we please add support for NTFS?

I thing http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Libntfs might be the easiest way to do it.

We need this, I can't handle FAT32, it would make my life much easier :)

The NTFS support would make managing files much easier. Plus FAT32 should be 
obsolete in 2015

Please help!!! I hate having to keep all my GC backups on my PC and then have 
to remove/replace them as needed on the SD due to the FAT32 limitations of 
nintendont....NTFS support in 2015 please?
