Stuck at NEEDRESTART-KSTA: 1 #10

Hello there, The latest version get stuck at NEEDRESTART-KSTA: 1 . I'm using ubuntu-latest runner and all setting are correct except for DNS which is the PR [()is](Add dns input parameter) not yet approved .

Please help with a resolution/explanation

Also have this issue, tried using ubuntu-22.04 instead of ubuntu-latest but it didn't help
