Biomes are not locked on the x-axis yet, so you can get a random jungle biome underground, directly below a desert. I'll change the mechanics so this doesn't happen later.

The highest block value is updated correctly (Fixes ghost shadows when breaking blocks)
Possibly fixed the exit dumper. Will need confirmation on this since I don't run a system that's affected.

Moved local variables into fields for generator classes. Eventually the values should be user-customizable through a gui / config file.
