Update of method, backend and frontend

Changes:

change backend plant_ logic to store negative, neutral and positive tolerances instead of positive/neutral as boolean
update backend<->compositioner datatypes adapter
use compositioner in docker backend image by passing its wheel from another container
add method launch and plants compositions display on frontend
build frontend container fully inside docker
fix frontend-config.json usage in main docker-compose.yml
