Have the same problem from a different hospital in Chennai. While this isn't directly related to the app, please suggest a grievance redressal mechanism for this ? This will result in huge issues while trying to get the second dose.

I also have the same issue. I got vaccinated at Bensups Hospital Dwarka with 1st dose of Covaxin on 27th April. But its not updated in Cowin portal. The hospital has issued me a provisional certificate.
