I've already vaccinated. But I didn't registered my mobile number. I did an appointment with my sister reference. Also I had registered my aadhar number as well. When I login again in cowin it shows not vaccinated unfortunately I've registered wrong name . It suppose to be singmila but it shows singmila. Would you please help me out regarding this issue.
