SMS NOT RECEIVED #669

Dear Sir/Madam I and my wife took the vaccine at pachayapaas higher secondary school, Moongil mandapam, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu, on 12.06.2021 (Saturday) but still, now I have not received any message on my mobile number.

Dear sir/mam I took my first dose at noida stadium, sec-21 on 1-06-2021. Till now I haven’t received any sms to my mobile no. I checked my vaccination status and there were showing “not vaccinated” but I got vaccinated. Kindly help me with this so I’ll be able to download my vaccine certificate as this is too important for me. I’ll be very thankful to you.

Me and my sister took our 1 dose of covid shield.

I have took vaccine on 28th April but still I have not received any message or certificate. Raised Request many times but no response from any one. Please kindly help me urgently. I checked my vaccination status and there were showing “not vaccinated” but I got vaccinated.
