I am taking covishield vaccine 1st dose on 25 June 2021 on time 3 PM to 4 PM at HCG Hospital Borivali Mumbai SMS did not come on mobile after taking covid vaccine.i don't know what is my reference id.how can download my vaccine certificate.every time i rgister cowin app with my mobile number after blank page comes.pls guide me.
