发布小游戏时，点击创建，一直加载中。 #435

image 如果使用命令行发布 egret publish --target wxgame, 会有以下报错，但是生成了小游戏的目录文件(不完全)。 【***/game.js不存在，请先使用 Launcher 发布微信小游戏】. 此时可以使用egret 面板的发布，点击后有以下报错: 【找不到 target wxgame,请在 Egret Launcher 中安装】
