generic scheduler #17

I have created a generic scheduler through the web interface and added profiles through the API. However, it looks like no simulations are running from that scheduler. Can you take a loot: http://d-108-249.eecs.umich.edu/generic_schedulers/4f708e4a4a980603a7000004?_=1332946940355

I just deployed a fix. Basically I still had logic left over that was asking for max samples, but generic schedulers don't use max_samples.
