Optimize masks #16

[x] Fold Arctic into Atlantic Ocean
[x] Fold Southern Ocean into respective basin
[x] Calculate area mask for volume calculation
[ ] Convert matrix to be indexed from 20E (cut through Africa) - rotate longitude axis so that interpolation operations generate maps that show complete Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Basins

Ok so a new file which contains both the 3 ocean basin mask (basinmask3) along with the associated area for each cell of the mask (basinmask3_area - units m^2) is now completed.

I'll play with the matrix organisation (point 4 above) at a latter stage.

using new masks but still proc to compute area
