Reverting binDensity.py and renaming MP version to binDensityMP.py #38

@eguil this should do it - reverting binDensity.py to pre-MP version and renaming new MP file with suffix

@eguil you've got an older version of durolib.py in your repo - I have added this to the .gitignore file (as it's conflicting with my updated version) - you'll need to download this again once you've merged this commit: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/durack1/pylib/master/durolib.py
