Calculate all diagnostics for z levels #47

Compute same TOE quantities for zonal means from pressure/depth analysis - so there is a direct depth analysis to compare to density

To compare the monthly mean density analysis vs the z-coord analysis.

Consider writing out vertically and horizontally regridded data for re-use.

Use WOA09 grid 1x1 deg x 33 levels
