Yea i like the idea...technically its very simple. the big effort should be physically in the streets ! Which is maybe not our mission in this group...What do you think ?!

We will make the platform. Other people can join & add their photos

Ushahidi is a similar idea. I think it can be repurposed to help do this. Watch a video.
