Single VFO display mode #124

As a follow up of Issue 111

Suggest to extend Menu 59. RXMode with this option to display 1 frequency in the display and not the normal 2 .

p.s. It is not enabled in your compile option (makefile), but see it in line 316.

Oh yes! Please add the ability to display a single VFO with a larger display of information.
