Feature request: Add a double beep on startup #503

I really miss the double beep of the Baofeng UV-5R on startup :)

You mean you turn the knob to turn the radio on, but need a confirmation beep that it has turned on? - Is this trying to catch someone who might turn your radio on when they shouldn't?! ;-)

Yeap I am missing that beep , i beeps so i am alive . Nobody else touch my radios :)

There is a build option ENABLE_BOOT_BEEPS that should do that (I've never tested it). You have to do your own build.
