Squelch does not work properly on AM mode #550

On a strong AM signal, the RSSI shows -40 and above S9 when monitor mode is turned on, but the squelch does not open. Only setting Sql to 0 then it works, not even any positive number.

I have had similar problems receiving signals in the 250MHz band.
