VHF 144.450 issue #606

I am using the original firmware to flash channels into memory and even though I flash 144.450 to my device it somehow adjusts itself to tune into 144.440 at that channel image 7ff28fd9-aa91-4f37-98af-3940444d1b58

Step size needs to be 5, 10, or 15 (probably 15) kHz.

adjusting steps did not solve the issue as it already was at 5 in the machine, used chirp to fix it. it works but is a makeshift solution
