Right now the electronics schematic doesn't seem to represent a functional circuit. For example, the MCU doesn't appear to have power connected to it (the power from the voltage regulator should be used to power the MCU, in addition to providing power to represent logical HIGH for detecting a button press. As drawn, I'm not sure what the components downstream from the switch are trying to functionally achieve. Insights?
