After updating win10 in 2022-8-23 , Npc.exe can't start. (昨天更新win10后，客户端无法启动了，之前一直用的好好的。）)

Describe the bug

After updating win10 in 2022-8-23 , Npc.exe can't start and can't install. When double click npc.exe or run it in CMD window, nothing happen. Before updated win10，I have used it normally for one year. And I have two computer with win10, and the same problem happened.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. updating win10 to latest version (2022-8-23)
2. See error

Expected behavior npc.exe can't start and can't be regesite as a service in windows. Even you had regesited it before, but after update win10, It will disappear

Screenshots or logs Nothing will appear on the screen when run npc.exe.

I figured out the problem. It's due to Windows 10's Security Center, which identified npc.exe as a virus during a recent security scan and quarantined it.You only need to enter the security center, restore npc.exe, and then restart the computer.
