在新装的Windows7 x64下无法运行 #1104

兄弟在新装的Windows7 x64下使用命令行运行npc，直接一闪而过，之后提示报错，说是不适合该平台 想请教下，npc运行还需要其他什么环境吗？ 谢谢

32位和64位版本都试过了吗？

之前我在32和64的，不是新安装的7，10上面都没问题，但是我这次电脑系统有问题重新安装了7，是专业版的，运行npc之后弹窗报错，运行不了，所以我觉得是缺少什么环境软件，但是之前没有遇到有这样的问题，在Github上也没有提及环境，所以一时半会有点懵
