sort project names #7

It would be nice to sort the project names in the list of user projects, or at least auto sort them alphabetically if other options are not available.

@madscatt The "select project" pull down in user config should now be sorted. (in the new version of genapp & installed on zazzie dev) Is this what you were asking for?
