Upgrade osgi-test-tool and fix test. #42

I pulled the triplet cache test fix in to a daggy PR so it can be merged here (#43), and also internally (https://github.softwareag.com/Terracotta/ehcache2/pull/3). Not sure what to do with the osgi-test-tool dependency. Is it a test fix? Feels wrong to daggy it somehow. Thoughts?

The osgi-test-tool version bump already exists in Terracotta/ehcahce2.
