http://hl7.org/fhir/medication-definition-module.html looks interesting. Especially if we can make SamV2 / samVx definitions available through these resources. R4B is another version, but that version has breaking concepts so we better don't use it.

The SAM V2 to FHIR project wants to use FHIR Int'l R5 (at least) to provide an API.
I am not sure the project has an intrinsic desire to use FHIR; But for the regulatory medicinal products R5 is the first working version.
