In examples, set the system urn:ietf:rfc:4514 for LDAP DNs.

As discussed in https://github.com/ehealthsuisse/ch-epr-fhir/pull/202 and https://github.com/ehealthsuisse/ch-epr-fhir/issues/200

A slice can be introduced.
