Various typos

There are some typos that should be corrected:

• in 2.2.1: "...the initial demographics data can be feeded to the MPI" - "fed" instead of "feeded"
• in 2.2.4: "Option" should be lower case here
• 3. Transactions: The link to “Mobile Patient Identifier Cross-reference Query [ITI-83] [ITI-83]” has the [ITI-83] twice
• Missing “.” at end of paragraph 3.1
• in the sequence diagram 4.5.1, "Authorization Token" (in [05] and [09]) and "code" (in [11]) are used for the same thing? same in 4.5.3 [16], [20] and [21]
• Typos in Sequence Diagram 4.5.3 “Authz Server”, “standalone launce sequence” (in [04])

The typos listed above are corrected.

This item is still open: in the sequence diagram 4.5.1, "Authorization Token" (in [05] and [09]) and "code" (in [11]) are used for the same thing? same in 4.5.3 [16], [20] and [21]

• Sequence diagrams: Rename "Authorization Token" to "Access Token" (according to IUA and CH:IUA spec.)
• @heg2: what do you mean with "are used for the same thing?"? Or how could it be clarified?

• "Dafür finde ich die Grafik aber etwas verwirrend, was die Schritte [10] bis [12] betrifft. Müsste [11] nicht direkt vom Authorization Client ausgehen statt vom GUI? Den Umtausch des codes vom Access Code Request in das tatsächliche Access Token passiert ja unabhängig vom User, geht also nicht über das GUI. Dann spart man sich auch den unbeschrifteten Schritt [10] und es ist klarer, woher der «code» kommt (nämlich aus der Antwort von ITI-71 (bzw: gehört der letzte Schritt des Austauschs code gegen Access Token nicht auch noch zu ITI-71?"

Anpassungen:

• 4.5.1: [11] & [12] entfernen (findet in ITI-71 statt)
• 4.5.2: [9] & [10] dito
• 4.5.3: [21] & [22] dito
