CapabilityStatement/CH.PIXm.Supplier is referenced but not defined #87

In CapabilityStatement/CH.mHealth.API, http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-epr-mhealth/CapabilityStatement/CH.PIXm.Supplier is imported but it is not defined anywhere in the IG.

Only PIXm.Consumer, PIXm.Source and PIXm.Manager are defined.
