Possible to get a last time played command (for the last time Phish played the song)

I recall this being brought up before, but I think we ran in to issues with it.

This is possible but the code that parsed every setlist and broke it into songs is not working anymore. I'd need to dust that off in order to be able to have it search through the setlists efficiently. I'll keep this open but I can't promise I'll get to it soon.
