!phishtracks URL update #90

Phishtracks requires www to load direct show links properly

currently returns (example): http://phishtracks.com/shows/1996-12-04

Needs to be: http://www.phishtracks.com/shows/1996-12-04

I thought this was fixed once before but maybe not.
