Generalized ``NinjaStars`` into ``Projectiles`` #54

Purpose

These projectiles are just like the old ninjastars, but instead of only being thrown by the ninja, they can also be thrown by the skeletons. Just set target in the constructor to "ninja" instead of the default "monsters."
