fix: Fix missing gen-csca-dsc.sh openssl req parameters and broken pipe #1

Apologies, this is due to a wrong PATH and using LibreSSL 2.8.3. It works perfectly with OpenSSL 1.1.1k.

But the pipe issue still need to be fixed, reopening.
