Remove misleading CBOR encoding reference. #60

The current formulation could imply that the hcert claim has to be encoded as CBOR, then the CWT gets encoded once again. Not sure whether technically there is a difference as the encoding should be idempotent, but this could be clarified. => therefore only a .edition change.
