Please add this flag to the schema to avoid the issuing of extra fields. Additional fields other than in the regulation are not allowed.

You can't merge anything into 1.3.0. It is already released.

No. Already discussed (and explained extensively elsewhere): additionalProperties stays as default JSON Schema value of true.
