Lead Form - Canadian Career College #105

I need your assistance with this new lead form. I believe the only issues are the locationID and interestedProgram field. Can you please explain to me in detail how to handle these as I know how to add CampusID and ProgramID for those using LeadCentre, but I still don't know how to do it for those schools that use different field keys. If I change the field key ProgramID to interestedProgram, a new drop down is created. Do you have to do some programming in the back end or is this something I can do?

Also is there a way to control the length of the field for Select Options as there is for text fields? As you can see the Title and Province drop downs, they are so long compared to the value.

If the lead needs different field names for CampusID and ProgramID , I handle the switch programatically. We can control the length of the field for Select Options.

Can the 'Heard Through' be a hidden field? It has only one value - nothing to select from.

Let's try it and see what happens. It makes no sense for the user to even see it, I suspect its used for them to identify the source.
