Web Form on Program Page & Career Page not Displaying Campus Options Correctly #127

It appears that the web form on the program page and on the career page is offering all campuses in the drop down menu even though a program is only offered at certain campuses. It is working correctly in the actual web form page, but not in these other two.

Updated program and career page, campus is changed based on program selection now. Please review.

The compliance people at one of our schools found that sometimes if you select a location first, then a program, and go back to, location (not sure why they would do this) but it doesn't always refresh. To make it fool (idiot!!) proof, could we put a number in front of these 2 options. 1. Select a preferred program 2. select a preferred campus.

Also noticed that if there is a description in the body of the Request info form, it isn't coming over to the web form that is on the web page. screen shot 2015-05-14 at 1 30 43 pm

I will update the labels and add the webform description to the webform block.
