1. The Upcoming events page should only contain events for that particular school. I recall we discussed having one events page per school, so using Vancouver Career College as an eg. This page should only have upcoming events for this college
2. Change header to read “Upcoming Events at Vancouver Career College” and making the text Vancouver Career College a link to the school’s home page.
3. Change “Filter by School” to “Filter by Campus” with the drop down only offering up the campus locations for Vancouver Career College
4. Filter by Event Date – I think requiring a user to filter by year is an extra step; lets just filter by month.
5. Filter by Event Type - Are the options in the drop down menu something we can easily modify or add ourselves? If not, lets add Announcements and change Sport Events to just Events
6. Replace “Search by…..” menus on right side with the college’s program listing

Moved most of the latest changes to the live site, please let me know if I can enable the Announcements and Events block on the home page to show the events you entered today.

You can go ahead an enable the block on the home page. I've noticed a couple of items to change.

1. Can you align the Vancouver in the attached screen shot so that it aligns with Open House etc.
2. Is it possible to change the clock to a 12-hour clock instead of 24 hour clock and add AM and PM that I can select? (Some people may not understand a 24 hour clock!!)
3. Is the Campus location supposed to automatically pick up the school's campus locations or is there somewhere I need to add them (such as Taxonomy??) as I noticed that currently only Vancouver, Coquitlam and Burnaby are options regardless of the school.
4. Individual Event Page - remove the Search by Location Block http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/open-house-at-visual-college-of-art-and-design
5. All Upcoming Events -http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/events
   Add the remaining blocks "Search by Career", Search by Area of Study....etc in the same order as they are on pages such as http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/colleges
6. Event Location Section - A little confused as to how this works. The address does not show up, only the location name. The Location Name and Street can be optional fields which show only if information is entered. Also if the address could align with "Vancouver" "Open House" "Saturday". (See #1)

Not sure if you're still working on the locations but on the Upcoming Events for Brighton College page, all the locations for all the schools come up as an option. Is there an easy way to pull campus locations from the school page? http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/events/418

There is no easy way of pulling locations from the school page and limiting the filter to only those locations where there are programs for this school. I can leave the filter open as a text field (as opposed to drop-down list) if that would be better.

Removed country. Font for city and event type is the same content, but larger (to fit with large Location and Event type labels).

I think we have a problem leavingI the filter open as a text field. The user may not know where the campuses are located and the Filter by: is deceiving because it's blank http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/events/418 What other option could we have?

I can put back the dropdown with all campus options and create a function that would modify filter form to remove campuses that are not set for any program of this school.

Can you make the Font for city and event type a point or 2 smaller? I know you said its the same font as the content, but we were looking at it and feel it doesn't look right. Also, will you be adding a Block to the school page and program pages which will take the user to the events pages for that school as we discussed?

Can you remove event date as a mandatory field or have a check off option if we want it to show? The date works for events, but it doesn't really work for announcements. I know the date is what causes it to be moved to Past Events but what can we do for announcements? http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/cdi-college-in-ajax-ont-now-offers-paralegal-program

Also Ajax, Ontario is not showing up in the campus drop down field. You indicated you added a Limited Filter by campus to campuses for programs for selected school. Ajax has always been a CDI location, but I added Ajax to the Paralegal program just a short while ago, could that be it?

I can not remove the Event date, as you said - we need a date to determine if the event should be moved to past events. We could hide event date from display if the event type is announcement. I will have a look at the Ajax campus.

I'm good with hiding the event date from display. So should we then put some future date as far out as we want it to be current?

I changed the label from 'Event Date' to 'Date' - now it looks like Announcement date - looks good without hiding.

I think we still need to hide the date/time. While it looks good, however we would like to leave an announcement (such as a new campus announcement) for a week or two and putting a future date makes it look like that is when the campus is being opened. While you are on vacation, I will manually change the date each day, so that it stays on the front page, but when you return can you give us the option to hide it? Thanks

1. Since we have room on the home page, can we increase the number of Events and Announcements to 6 from the current 3?
2. Can the button on Announcements pages be changed to the Request Info Today button instead of RSVP, as it doesn't really make sense to ask visitors to RSVP to an announcement.

Date Conflict? Since we rolled over into the new year, there have been error messages occurring.

I also added an announcement for VCAD http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/up-to-150000-in-scholarships-available-at-vcad#overlay-context=events which doesn't show up on VCAD's page or the More events page. Also noticed the URL includes the #overlay...... Could this be a date conflict?

I can not reproduce the form error - let's see if it was just some new year transition problem, or if it will happen again. I adjusted the date of announcement to Jan 15, now it shows up in the view.

Question 1: I noticed that the message "RSVP to event "Dental Assisting Info Session – CDI College, Winnipeg" (event 627)" appears in the Comments box for CDI, Vancouver Career College, PCU but not Westervelt or Robertson. Understandably, it will not appear for schools whose web forms do not include a comments box.

Question 2: What would it take to sort past events so that most recent show at the top instead of the bottom?

1. RSVP to event is added to field 'Comment1' in custom_lead_form_urls module. This field is not present in webform fields for Westervelt - the textarea (comments) field in Westervelt college webform is called 'txtComments' (the same as for Robertson). I can add the RSVP to this field as well.
2. Changed the sort order of past events to Desc. (most recent on top).

1. Since each school's Comments/Question field key will likely be different, we'll have to add the RSVP to event as we add a new school. Yes, please add it to Robertson & Westervelt's "txtComments" field.

Additional Enhancements to Events Pages

1. "View more events for....." eg. http://www.universities-colleges-schools.com/community-support-worker-info-session-at-sprott-shaw-college Can we add an orange button as in the attached screen shot?
2. Create the same kind of orange button and move "View all upcoming events" under View more events for.." The two buttons, one on top of the other should align with the top and bottom of the larger Click to RSVP.
