Thanks for the update! Did you update rust-core as well? If so, are those changes available somewhere?

Yes, I updated https://github.com/thestinger/rust-core in https://github.com/thestinger/rust-core/pull/41.

Ah, great! I didn't find it because I was pulling from my fork instead of thestinger's. Everything looks fine, so I went ahead and accepted to pull request.
