(all): Update core dependencies and various other minor one

• Package updates in core theme to all dependencies
• Package updates to prettier in all themes and starters
• Package updates to react-rough-notation (manually tested)

Due to the number of package updates I also did manual testing of a number of themes and starters and could not detect any issues.

Manually tested failing test on www - test is failing because the changes aren't being applied in the docs site until it is merged and published.
