this allows reuse bootstrap-waitingfor.js on every project TypeScript

Hello, ddo88! Thanks for the contribution. But as of now I do not plan on maintaining any transpilers. If there is a way to automatically build typescript-compatible module from current javascript module, please let me know. Also I've revamped the project structure, take a look if you're interested.
