split analysis modules into different repositories

• [x] move analysis modules, 'images' to new repositories
• [x] create git submoulde for each
• [x] replace 'master' branch with 'main'
  • [x] get rid of 'develop', use only 'main' for feature-branch workflow (https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/comparing-workflows/feature-branch-workflow)
  • [x] cut a v0.1 release using a new branch
  • [x] set up CICD before this, so v0.1 images appear in a docker registry
  • [x] document 'foreach' branch command to cut a system-wide release generically
• [x] document foreach pull, push, and submodule add
• [x] move worker schemas to new module repos
• [x] retest build (docker compose build)
• [x] retest prod stack (docker compose pull, or just docker compose up)
