Multi-user profile setup? #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install, configure system under one user login
2. Test under original user - works great
3. Test under a different user, requires reconfiguration of all settings to 
match settings of first user.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need a means of applying settings as default for all users.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.7

Please provide any additional information below.

We are using the PTT function in an environment that we need to replicate for 
up to 6 computers, times about a potential of 25 users.  Please advise.

Configuration is placed in C:\Users\<USER 
NAME>\AppData\Local\MicMute\mic_mute.ini
You should manually copy it by some script to other users folders.
