Removed missing reference SystemCenter #19

The reference to Microsoft.SystemCenter.OperationsManagerV10.Commands was missing, wasn't used, and caused the build to fail. Perhaps not the right solution, but was an easy fix.

Do you have problems when downloading the release as well, or just compiling?

I haven't tested yet, but I can see that the .dll is present in the WebDeploy.zip so I don't expect it to give any problems.

OK. let me know. I will merge to master if needed, but if the release works as intended I don't want to create a new release for it. Thanks for your help. It will be included in next release :)
