An issue that collects perk ideas, as per #3, that should be added.

Social

Good Standing / Intimidating Reputation

Ignore fines up to a certain amount per month/year/station/location.

Price: 1 000

Requires: Charisma 6 or higher

Other

Skill Mastery (multiple)

Increases the minimum die roll for one of your skills by one. If you roll a natural 1, consider it to be a 2 instead. This perk can be taken multiple times. For one single skill, this perk can be taken up to 3 times. Price: 1 (10 000 Cr.), 2 (100 000 Cr.), 3 (1 000 000 Cr.) Requires: 1 (skill rank trained), 2 (skill rank experienced), 3 (skill rank master)

Use this mechanic on special items instead.

Combat

Martial Arts Master

After successfully defending against a melee attack, immediatly deal normal melee damage to the attacker.

Price: 25 000

Requires: Melee rank master.

Gunslinger

You can draw and shoot/use a handheld weapon (f.e. pistols, knifes, etc.) in one action, rather than having to spend an action to draw, and spending another action to shoot.

Price: 5 000

Requires: Speed 6 or higher

Shoot on the Run

You may combine use of Athletics and Small Arms within one Small Arms roll (given you have enough dices available) to move before, after firing or during firing.
