make locations modular #15

Use some sort of hierarchical tag system to make locations modular and to have "parent" and "child" locations. For example, UC Berkeley would be the "parent" of Weill Hall, which would be the parent of "basement floor", etc. The innermost location would be a room, which would have some set of racks and a specific light cycle.

decided this was not worth the effort, as most info can just be stored in a string currently
