tank error checks #26

Editing tanks can lead to unexpected issues. Tanks are displayed based on location, so when a tank is moved to a location with an existing tank it only displays one of the tanks. There should also be more error checks for whether an added genotype exists and if a date is in an invalid format.

There should be a more intuitive way to create a new tank in general rather than typing in a location string.
