Send message over the internet without WIFI/Bluetooth issue #37 #119
Making communication available from outside the WIFI/BLUETOOTH. Issue #37 .
The story was done with @philbeaudry :
Making sure the UniqueID is created
The other user has information about contact
Making shared Preferences and saving them
Storing info and creating function in local DB for user info
Ensuring the exchange on adding a contact include the right info

Implementing an online server (REST API) to host user's information.... (the server implementation is already pushed to dev pull request #108)
As this feature implies a lot of trying, I am expecting a lot of cleaning in this pull process. However, I might tell you it was already implemented like that in original Briar application therefore we will not change it.
RetroFit + Custom Implementation in TcpPlugin and Bootstrap method upon creating user (Closing by the way issue #58 )
This pull request is closing issue #37, by creating a connection between user using customWanDriver. Moreover, the briar's original Wifi/Bluetooth communication are not affected by this implementation.
The implementation of a customWAN driver and the modification to TcpPlugin is also closing issues #42 and #59
