Merges front end and back end for RSS articles feature. This pull request is resolving the need for feature #38

Briar Server has been adapted to provide RSS articles shared in JSON format. Pull request #162 by @NepheriusIsTaken and @ddicorpo
We've added a rest method to gather the articles (Issue #168)
We've added an activity to show article by @jhubscher (Issue #168)
