Hide category headings #1

When all items have been hidden, hide the categories too.

This reduces the size of the page with mastered toggled, to only show the important items - those left to master.

Sorry for the most of a week delay in noticing github.

Main change is welcome, secondary change I'm a bit mixed on.

The redundant "Necramech" in each necramech name is there for the same reason that vulaphyla/predasite/hound have it: at least at the time they were added, the in-game profile completion list included the redundant word in the full name of each item.

..although it doesn't say necramech in the item name when equipping them in loadout, so idk that my basis for "technical correctness" actually holds up. Unsure if it then follows that those pet categories should have it removed from their item names as well.
