Why do you want/need this enhancement?
Assign Avatars to Players

What should this enhancement do?
Allow those with Admin access ability to assign avatars (from the \avatar
folder) to players in the eBattle ladders.

Please provide any additional information below.

In eBattles, a player's avatar is his user avatar.
If you have admin privileges, in e107, you can access the user settings page by 
going 
to the members page, then click on the user, and then click on "Click here to 
edit this 
user's information"
From the user settings page, you can change this user's avatar.
