Fix: Correct ZDC LYSO Sampling Fraction

Briefly, what does this PR introduce?

This sets the sampling fraction of the ZDC LYSO calorimeter back to unity, since it is a homogenous calorimeter. This will give more accurate reconstruction for low-energy photons.
